What if I have a zero or negative balance?

To start a call campaign, you need positive balance on your account.

Zero balance

When the balance reaches zero, the campaign will be paused.

caution
If you have run out of minutes during a campaign, the bot will finish the current calls, but will not call any new clients.

You can buy an extra minute package right on the campaign page or on the subscription management page. After you have topped up your balance, resume your campaign.

Negative balance

Billing starts with the first second of the client’s answer or of the voicemail. The counter rounds the time up to the nearest 15-second mark.

After you have topped up your balance, your balance will be the new minute package minus whatever you have spent over the limit.
