User profile

On the Profile page, you can change your user data and customize the interface.

User settings​

The following data is available for editing:

  • First and last name.
  • Profile picture.
  • Phone number.
  • Email.
  • Password.

The user ID and login cannot be changed.

Login format
  • If you signed up to Conversational Cloud using your email, your login is the same as the original email.
  • If you signed up with Google or GitHub, your login is a random digit sequence.

Interface settings​

You can customize the following settings:

  • Interface language.

    note
    If a product doesn’t support the selected language, it will use English by default.

  • Time zone.

Time zone​

Select a UTC time zone or leave the one set by your browser. To apply the change, sign out, then sign in again.

The selected time zone affects the time in various places across Conversational Cloud products, such as:

  • User and bot message timestamps in the JAICP test widget.
  • Session and message timestamps in JAICP dialog and client analytics as well as reports.
  • Customer and agent message timestamps in the Aimychat chat interface.
