User action audit

On the Accounts → User actions tab, account administrators can monitor user actions, including sign-ins and bot setting changes. This enhances security, helps detect suspicious activity, and improves control over the Just AI products you use.

caution

The User actions section is available only to users with the USER_ADMIN role.

View and export actions​

To view user actions:

  1. In the Accounts section, select the required account and go to the User actions tab.
  2. Select the product or event type:
    • Common events: to view actions common to all products, such as logging in or changing roles.
    • JAICP.

  1. Specify the period for which you need to display events.

  2. Click if you want to filter actions by other parameters.

    tip

    To display all actions associated with a user, use the User history filter.

To download an XLSX file with these actions, click Export to XLSX.

Action information​

  • Action
  • Date and time
  • User: the user who performed the action.
  • Token ID: an optional field, filled in only for actions related to API tokens.
  • Modified user: an optional field, filled in only for actions that one user performs on another.
  • Project: an optional field, filled in only for actions related to projects.
  • Comments: additional action parameters.
  • IP and device: IP address, information about the browser and device from which the action was performed.
  • Result: action status: Success or Failure, for example, for login attempts.
  • Impersonator: the administrator who performed the action on behalf of the user. An optional field.
