Account preferences
To access Aimychat preferences, click on the side panel, then go to the Preferences tab.

Only administrators can configure account settings. Read more about roles and permissions in the Role model section.
Parameter | Description |

Access token | Use the token to connect the Aimychat customer engagement platform in Aimylogic and JAICP. |
Automatically assign chats | If this option is enabled, agents cannot join chats by themselves. Chats are automatically distributed between agents according to the Maximum number of chats for agent parameter. |
Maximum number of chats per agent | Number of active chats that an agent might have. |
Sort chats in queue | This parameter defines the way chats are displayed in group queues. It is ignored if you enable the Automatically assign chats option. |
Agent response time | If an agent does not respond to a customer within the specified period of time, the chat will be forwarded to the group queue. The value is specified in minutes. |
