The customer support portal has moved to a new address. Now you can find all your requests on justai.helpdeskeddy.com. However, you can still submit requests to support@just-ai.com. If you use Aimylogic, please send your requests in the chat.

This portal unifies in itself the docs for JAICP, Aimylogic, Aimyvoice, and Aimychat, which previously used to exist as separate entities. It also provides new features in order for you to obtain the necessary information more efficiently than ever before:
