Overhauled Conversational Cloud interface

This month, we have finalized the new Conversational Cloud interface. Now it features a single administrative panel for managing accounts and users.

Just like the products that make it up, Conversational Cloud has a web interface. You can switch to it using the cross login menu  in the top right corner. However, previously it didn’t offer any features of its own.

From now on, the administrative panel for managing accounts (previously called “project groups”) and users has moved to Conversational Cloud. Here you can:

  • Edit the settings of your user profile.
  • Manage the accounts that you own or are a member of.
  • Control user access to your accounts by assigning roles to them.

Similar pages that used to exist in the JAICP interface are no longer available. Links to your personal profile now lead to Conversational Cloud from all products.
