Tab notifications for new messages in the chat widget​

For the chat widget, the Display new message notification parameter was added. With this parameter on, clients will receive new message notifications even after switching to another browser tab.

The parameter can be switched on in the conversation involvement settings. It can also be configured for a widget installed in iframe using either an external script or custom handlers.

Russian number verification​

The call campaign feature using Aimylogic telephony is only available for users who have verified their Russian phone number. If you have verified a foreign number, use your own SIP connection.
