New channel WeChat​

We’ve added WeChat to the list of Aimylogic publication channels. Read here about how to set it up and use it.

New channel Webim (External Bot API 2.0)​

We’ve added Webim (External Bot API 2.0) as an inbound channel a bit earlier, but haven’t told you about it yet.

You could use Aimylogic bots with Webim before now, but could only do so if you connect an extra third-party channel.

You can now use your bot right in the Webim widget.

New way to connect to WhatsApp Business API​

WhatsApp Business API is a most popular way to process incoming messages from your clients. You can now use integration with Vonage to get the official API. We’ve written an article to help you along the way.
