New rules for duplicating numbers in call campaigns

With the release on March 12, we’ve changed the rules for duplicating numbers in call campaigns. Repeat calls to the same number will now be ignored.


If the same number has been added to a call campaign with identical settings and payload two or more times, such repetitions will be ignored. The restriction lasts for 24 hours from the time the number is added. The changes affect the methods:

  • GET /api/crmCalls/campaign/{token}/addPhone
  • POST /api/crmCalls/campaign/{token}/addPhone

If you need repeat calls (for example, for call campaigns), use our new method: GET /api/crmCalls/campaign/{token}/test/addPhone.
