New

  • New J‑Graph search.
  • Telephony billing reports.

Changes

  • Updated user invitation process in Conversational Cloud.

Previously, only the search by state names was available in J‑Graph.

Now you can search for any elements: states, user phrases, bot reactions, etc. It allows you to easily find information even in large scripts.

Telephony billing reports​

Telephony billing reports were added to the My plan and limits section. You can select limits and time period to get details about the billing within call campaigns and inbound calls.

Changes to the user invitation process​

We’ve updated the user invitation process in Conversational Cloud. Now you can:

  • Specify the product, the link to which will be in the invitation email.
  • Invite users by email only. Previously, it was possible to use both email and the user’s login.
  • Invite users to the new product from the Just AI company — Jay Copilot.
