Telephony

Background ambient noise

Various forms of noise have become part of the user experience when making a phone call. But there are no background sounds in the dialog using synthesized speech.

tip

You can connect contact center sounds as background for the phone channel.

Calls to non-existent numbers

If the call failed by reason of a nonexistent number, the call to this number will not be repeated, the task will be completed with the status Finished - nonexistent number.

In the report by numbers and attempts, added metric Calls to non-existent number, all tasks completed with this status are counted here.

Calls API

Added new methods to the Calls API for managing voice mailings. With Calls API you can now start, pause, resume and stop call campaign.

Tariffication

Starting with release 1.10.2, the unused balance of the additional unique users package is transferred to the next tariff period.

### Optimization

We have added an end-to-end search in the Entities and Intents sections.

The intents are searched in:

• Description field
• Answer field
• training phrases
• slots

The entities are searched in:

• synonyms
• patterns
• inside the text representation of the DATA object associated with the entity value
