Integration with Google Sheets​

From now on, you won’t need to use external services to work with Google Sheets. We have added a new Integration with Google Sheets block. Via this block you will be able to:

  • read data from cells,
  • write data to cells or lines.

Project statistics​

We have changed the interface of the Statistics section. Here you can view detailed statistics of the bot usage for the selected period.

Set two different time periods to compare the figures by the number of:

  • new and returning clients,
  • recognized and not recognized messages,
  • empty and not empty dialogs.

This can help you to analyze the bot usage traffic and new clients growth. Moreover, you can detect weak spots in your script to improve them later.
