Aimylogic telephony service discontinued
We are notifying you that support for the built-in Aimylogic telephony service has been discontinued. We no longer provide telephony services for outbound call campaigns.
What does this mean?
- New users cannot connect Aimylogic telephony.
- Existing users can continue using their remaining minutes until they are fully consumed.
- Phone number and account verification is no longer required.
What to do next?
For conducting call campaigns, use your own SIP connection. This allows you to:
- Continue using all Aimylogic call campaign features.
- Choose your own telephony provider.
- Make calls to any regions according to your provider’s capabilities.
Counters and balance
Aimylogic telephony minute counters will be displayed in the interface until the service is fully discontinued, after which they will be removed.
tip
When transitioning to your own SIP connection, billing only applies to speech recognition and synthesis minutes. The cost of telephone calls is determined by your communication provider.
