Text campaigns​

Our new feature allows you to launch text campaigns: initiate a conversation with clients in text channels. Now the chatbot can inform your clients about discounts and changes in your business operations, for example.

To create a text campaign, you just need to set the content of the campaign, select the clients who will receive the messages, the channel of communication, and the campaign launch time.

ChatGPT in the Aimylogic visual editor​

Recently, Aimylogic has introduced the feature of using ChatGPT in the skill builder. ChatGPT helps the bot to respond to unrecognized user phrases. Now you can also connect ChatGPT to the bot in the Aimylogic visual editor.

You no longer need to think about all possible client questions and add answers to them in the script or knowledge base. To respond to these questions, the bot will use available information about your company and the data you provide in the In case any problems occur section.
