Skill builder

Aimylogic has a new tool for creating bots — a skill builder. Using it, you can quickly create a bot for your business task:

1. Choose the skills — actions that the bot will perform:

   • answer frequently asked questions;
   • place orders;
   • collect contact information;
   • offer to evaluate the service;
   • send automatic messages.

2. Edit the skills, add a menu, and the option to transfer the dialog to an agent.

3. Connect the bot to the channel of communication with clients.

Now, after creating a bot, you will see a screen that displays your plan limits and statistics on the bot performance in channels.

The sidebar contains section tabs for modifying your bot, setting up channels, viewing detailed statistics and dialogs, and managing the profile.
