Call campaign script
A call campaign script is generally similar to a standard script. You can create your own script or use one of the templates.
Call termination
If you want your bot to automatically “hang up” after the script is finished, add the End of Script block.
Markers and analytics
You can assign markers to the screens in your script in order to collect different analytics. You can color-code any marker you create to make your script easier to read.
We recommend to mark the whole script so that you can detect the part of the script where the client has exited the script.
Test phone call
You can test your call campaign script before starting it. To do this:
- Click Test at the top of the page.
- Or go to the Outbound campaigns tab and click Create next to the Test call section.
You will see a modal window for phone number verification. Confirm your phone number. Otherwise, you will not be able to make a test phone call.
After you confirm your phone number, you will see the Test call modal window. Here you can see the balance of minutes you have, both minutes for speech recognition and synthesis and outbound call minutes.
Enter the phone number you want to make a test call to and click Make a call.
