You can use HTML markup in the following blocks by activating the Use HTML markup in the message toggle:

The markup tools will be displayed in the text fields of these blocks.

Channels supporting HTML markup

You can use HTML markup only in the following channels:

caution
The client will receive a message without formatting in the channels that don’t support HTML markup.
