Role model in Aimychat
User roles in Aimychat are designed to facilitate collaboration on chats. Roles define the capabilities available to the user and are assigned by account administrators.

How to find your role

Click in the upper right corner.

Select Conversational Cloud and the desired account.

In the Users tab, find yourself in the list and view the value in the Groups and roles column.
Role mapping between Conversational Cloud and Aimychat:
- AIMYCHAT_AGENT: agent.
- AIMYCHAT_SUPERVISOR: supervisor.
- AIMYCHAT_ADMIN: administrator.
